1. Respect for rights holders

metal.club is built for artists and labels to sell their own work. Uploaders confirm they hold the rights to the music, artwork, and other material they publish. Infringing material is removed.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe material on metal.club infringes your copyright, contact legal@metal.club with the work concerned, the infringing URL, the basis for your rights, and your contact details. We review reports promptly and, where a report is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader.

3. Counter-notice & repeat infringers

An uploader whose material has been removed may submit a counter-notice setting out the basis for their rights and their contact details; we will review it and may restore the material where appropriate. Accounts responsible for repeated infringement are suspended or terminated.
